From multi-course wine dinners to chef-led demos and interactive tastings, these events bring fresh perspective and creative flair to our historic table.

A Word From Brother Luck

"This residency is a homecoming. Chef Brother Luck’s family story begins in Pittsylvania County and Danville, Virginia, and he is the first man of his name to return to the state in roughly a century. After years of genealogical research tracing seven generations of his family, he is bringing that history to the table. The menu translates documented family foodways into modern fine dining, from the banks of the Dan River to his grandmother’s Louisiana kitchen, built on heirloom Southern ingredients, family recipes, and Virginia ingredients. Guests won’t just taste the food. They’ll hear the story behind every course."
