Parking at the Birdwood Mansion is complimentary for all guests. Reserved parking spaces are available for our overnight guests and electric vehicle charging stations are also provided for your convenience.

We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our charming outdoor cottages—Stone Cottage, Icehouse Cottage and Ashwood Cottage. In consideration of the comfort and preferences of all guests, furry friends are best accommodated in these cottages. We kindly ask that each furry companion weigh under 75 pounds and that no more than two furry friends accompany you per cottage. A cleaning fee applies to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of every guest’s stay.

Residence guests enjoy a daily continental breakfast as part of their stay.

Non-resident guests are warmly welcome to join us for breakfast, available at à la carte

Residence guests of Birdwood Mansion enjoy breakfast each morning and dinner five evenings a week in the Mansion’s The Dining Room, featuring locally inspired cuisine. Guests also have full access to Boar’s Head Resort’s dining venues, including the acclaimed Mill Room Restaurant and other resort outlets offering a variety of culinary experiences.

While tours are not currently available, we will soon be offering guided historic tours of the Mansion and its beautiful grounds. These experiences will highlight the rich history, heritage, and traditions of the estate.

Yes, all guests staying at Birdwood Mansion have full access to Boar's Head Resort’s recreational facilities, including but not limited to the following:

• Birdwood Golf: 18-hole course, 9-hole short course, expansive practice facility and putting green.
• The Sports Club: State-of-the-art fitness center with daily classes, racquet sports including squash, tennis, padel, and pickleball, plus a basketball gym and kids’ climbing wall.
• The Spa: Open to guests and the public. Reservations are strongly recommended.
• Dining: The resort has Racquets Fresh Market in The Sports Club, Birdwood Bar & Grill at the golf course and The Mill Room near the front desk of the main inn.
